The 2020
Protect Synergy is a carefully considered blend of Silver Fir, Black Spruce, Lavandin, Eucalyptus smithii and Eucalyptus Globulus, both Thyme Red and Thyme Sweet, Manuka, Helichrysum, Tea Tree, Cinnamon and Oregano.
When selecting the essential oils for this we tried to focus on protection and wanted a blend that would offer airborne anti- microbial, anti-bacterial, anti –inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Another consideration was that we wanted a blend that would help to strengthen the immune system and also tackle respiratory illnesses and viral conditions concerning the airways.
As well as being extremely supportive on a physical level they were also selected for their emotional impact as they are fortifying and encourage mental clarity with the aim of soothing but increasing vitality through challenging times.
How to use:
Vaporisation
Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser to help purify the air.
Inhalation
Add 2-4 drops to a bowl of warm water and inhale the vapours.
Add 2-4 drops to a tissue and inhale.
Cleansing
Add 2-3 drops to a damp cloth to wipe surfaces – useful for work desks, phones, kitchen etc.
Bath
Dilute 4-5 drops into a carrier oil or base lotion/ wash and add to the water and soak for at least ten minutes.
