以ParcelForce 收费重量为准不接受任何争议

以前，客户自己在家称好重量，拍好照片，对parcelforce的收费重量出现差异，都以客户照片为准，现在不行了，现在以parcelforce的收费重量为准，现在疫情下，三宝速递的客服都下岗了，以及parcelforce的中国合约团队人手不够。

举例以前pf收费重量4.1公斤你觉得是3.98公斤的你出示照片都可以帮得到你。现在你自己收到包裹后认为是6.2kg 被pf称重为11.5kg的，就是你出发自己填写的重量是8kg的，pf也不接受争议。

一般给您换的这种单号会因为原单证单号无法完整显示才会重新贴单，您的包裹单证很清晰，不知道为什么还会重新贴单导致退件，我们建议你跟parcel force申请退款您重新发货.

parcel force拥有你包裹的扫描，称重，测量数据，三宝不拥有。

凡是给三宝速递生意的客户，请一定默认：以parcelforce 收费重量为准不接受任何争议。

如果你将三宝速递当作parcelforce的一个agent，或者换句话说是一个销售，而服务提供方始终是parcelforce。

你理赔条件满足后，parcelforce会给你款项，现在人手不足，三宝速递不负责转交你的证据给parcelforce，而是需要你自助去parcelforce claim网站去提交照片，据说很快2-3天parcelforce就能给你款项。

出单时间计算，90天内有超重争议，比如你出发时候拍的照片，国内收件的时候中国邮政在包裹上的显示的重量，你取证到的照片，都可以找parcelforce claim提交证据，等待理赔。适应，1）所有包裹超重争议，运费理赔，2）适应优先包的破损理赔，看你当时买的保险，100英镑是自动保险的金额。3）a）双单号导致国内免费退运到英国，责任不在客户这边的英国到中国的运费理赔；b）英国境内没有上飞机退运的运费。超过90天不受理。
