首先，设立一下时间区间

只做money out 这部分

然后找到第一条money out 记录 点击tagme

系统出现6个可选项目，我们选payment to supplier

为这记录做一张发票，或者事先有发票的，就为这个发票匹配一下支付（payment）

点击ok就发现了这条banktransction就boookkeeping好了。

这笔就被记录到

debit 记录到

Telephone and Mobile Charges (7502)

Purchase Tax Control Account (2201)

credit 记录到

Current Account (1200)

这里要提醒一句，当你bank statement输入系统的时候，系统就引入了两个科目

一个是Current Account （1200）

一个是Suspense Account (9998)

而且把money out记录到了Current Account （1200）的credit

把money out 暂时 记录到了Suspense Account (9998) debit
