英国公司注册成立后需要向英国财政部门(INLAND REVENUE)登记，每年向官方公司管理部门(COMPANIES HOUSE)提供年检报告，如公司资料有变更需及时申报。
英国公司年审时间在新公司成立后一周年，即新公司成立之日。 英国公司年审是一年做一次，是有期限的，向如果您的英国公司年审过期了，就需要按英国公司法的规定交罚款，从150英镑起算。 如果迟交年审报告并超过规定时间(一般为3-6个月)后公司会被自动注销，所以需要按时递交年审。
年审可以每28天做一次，休眠公司报表是每年一次。由于每一次年审都会产生政府费用（目前是每次13英镑），所以一般公司一年做一次年审，确保公司成立之后后期的合法运营；
逾期年审的罚款费用：
1. 年审逾期1天到1个月罚款150英镑
2. 年审逾期1个月到3个月罚款375英镑
3. 年审逾期3个月到6个月罚款750英镑
4. 年审逾期6个月以上罚款1500英镑

年审没有固定的报送截止日期，但是，最长不可以超过365天就必须要报送一次，所以叫年审，在一年期间可以每隔28天做一次年审，下期的最后截止日就是上次做完后再加365天，然后注册处给你28天时间来上报，（实际上就是365+28）

You can apply to correct the date of birth of a director by following one of the below methods:
Appointed on or after 1 October 2009
APPOINTED ON INCORPORATION:
If you were appointed as a director of a company on incorporation on or after 1 October 2009 you are able to correct your date of birth by completing a form RPCH01/LLRPCH01.
You will also have to complete an RP02A/LLRP02A to rectify (i.e. remove) the incorrect date of birth from the incorporation form.
When we receive the RPCH01/RPLLCH01 and the RP02A/LLRP02A we will commence the rectification procedure.
We will write out to the applicant, any other officers and the registered office.
After 28 days, provided no objections are received we will remove the incorrect date of birth from the incorporation form, correct date of birth on our records and confirm that this has been done in writing.
