If they choose a specific service point which is closest to them but are not able to drop it off at that one, would the customer be able to drop it off at any another service point?
o They are able to use any ServicePoint with the label, they will work perfectly fine, however, for tracking purposes we would prefer the user to create a new label for that store so if necessary we could match the two but it’s not an issue if they were to turn up at another store and use the original label – it would not stop them transacting.
