How to cancel/amend a parcel collection

To stop the driver attempting to collect your parcel and cancel the order please contact us, as soon as possible by calling on 03448 00 44 66.

You can also cancel your collection online using our website collection cancellation request. We can also arrange a refund for the Collection charge.

Please note that collection details cannot be amended on the website. So please us call on 03448 00 44 66.
