突发重大通知：parcelforce 上门取件业务恢复

Parcelforce Worldwide is now in a position to reinstate all IPE Global direct third party collection services including Personal effects and standard third party collection service.
The effective date for these services is Monday 28th September 2020 and not before.

换成大白话就是，行李专线可以上门取件了，再也不要拖着这么重的玩意去邮局了。一个小车也拖不到几个行李。

经济包上门取件业务也恢复了。

生效日期是2020年9月28日

附加费还没有取消。
